What do you enjoy about working in your position? "What I enjoy the most as a Senior Evaluator is being able to lead people in the right direction, helping them understand what it is that we do as well as giving them the tools to excel at the role."
What is the most important thing you do? "The most important thing I do kind of ties into my first answer. Being approachable is key. Also, being knowledgeable of the ins and outs of the evaluation process is very important when you're the person people look to for the right answers."
What is the best thing clients get from our products? "The best thing (in my opinion) the clients get from our product is QUALITY. We take pride in our attention to detail which insures that the clients get great quality work every time."
What is your favorite thing about 3 Birds? "The culture, it is pretty lax, and not like anywhere else I have worked."
What is your favorite TV show? "Sons of Anarchy is my favorite, but Breaking Bad would be second."

If you could travel anywhere else in the world, where would you go? "I would want to tour Europe. I would like to do a 7-day European tour, visiting different countries."
